The Design Process
1 - The Brief
When an customised order is placed, you will be asked to submit a form to us which will then provide us with essential details of your design. This is the most important process as it will help us to get a clear idea what is required.
2 - Prototype Designs
Once the form has been received we will then confirm the design with you by providing a rough prototype of the design. The prototype will be done using Adobe Illustrator,
3 - Client Review
Once the prototypes have been sent, we will ask for your opinion on each design. Usually one or two items will be worked on further, refining certain elements such as colour and typography, however if it's thought that the design is not right for development, further new ideas will be created.
4 - Final Design
Once the design has been completed and approved by the client, the design will be supplied on disk in the following formats, .eps. jpeg, .ai. and .tiff.
5 - Payment
Before we start any projects, we ask for a 50% deposit - then the balance when the project is 100% completed. We can take payments in the form of a cheque, Paypal, or credit/debit card payments. Please note that if payment is made by PayPal or credit card, then a 2% surcharge is applied. The client will automatically own full copyrights for any artwork designed by us.
